This article aims to offer a broad perspective on the factors contributing to Malaysians' hesitancy to pursue employment in the 3D sectors. It achieves this by emphasizing crucial factors that contribute to this problem, thus identifying potential and feasible solutions. This article proposes practical solutions that aim to improve employers' compliance with human rights in order to attract more Malaysian workers. Improving working conditions could potentially help reduce reliance on foreign workers in the future.
